PePe’s Buying A Pretty Pet Coat For His Pet Girl Friend

Hi. Remember me? I’m PePe La Pewh.  For some it’s Mr. PePe La Pewh, but you.. you can just call me Pe Pe cause you and me, we’re friends. OK?

I wanted to tell you that I have a girl friend now. Oh she is just beautiful! I don’t have a picture to show you just yet because she’s shy and won’t let me take any pictures. She’s a Chiwawa like me. Only she’s a medium brown in color and a bit smaller. She is my little delicate flower! Oh! I’m so in love! 

Do you think you could do me a favour? I want to buy her a really nice present. I found this pretty satin oriental style coat. It’s mostly pink. So it would match her fur color perfectly!

So pleeeease go have a look at it and tell me what you think. Should I buy it for her?

Oh! It’s so gorgeous! Maybe you’ll want to buy one for your girl friend too!

We’ve Come A Long Way Baby!

Recently, I read an article in a very respectable national business news paper that law schools are increasing their curriculum to include animal law to better reflect societies growing love and attachment to their pets.

This sits very well with me as my love for animals is right up there. And when I hear of people being cruel to animals, it’s almost more than I can stand.

I’m not a proponent of vegetarian diet. Not at all! I’m not saying it’s cruel to eat meat, but what I am saying is the treatment of animals should always be respectful.

Everything on this planet eats, consumes or erodes something else. That’s just the way it is.

As humans, we need to bring our prejudice in check.

If it doesn’t look exactly like us, say the color of the skin is different, or they have fur or feathers or even scales we either fear it or consider it a lesser being.

Maybe they don’t speak the same language or they have a different dialect. It could be that they bark, meow, or chirp.

They are still part of the planets population. And yes they are intelligent! They have survived all these millions of years. So please, stop referring to them as “dumb animals”.

Their intelligence is simply different than ours.

And who says we’re so smart any way. We’re on the verge of making ourselves extinct.

So go ahead. Treat your furry adopted children well. Treat to new clothes, great toys, and keep them safe!

But above all, love them.

“What Liner?” did you ask? How about this one that is just made for Kitty’s Litter box.

No more pouring pet cat litter into the garbage. This pouring action creates a lot of dust. There was a bit of a chat about the dust from cat feces in an earlier blog. It pointed out the dangers to the unborn baby if a mother to be should breath it in.
It can also be difficult for those of you with allergies.
The extra movement from pouring it into another container stirs up all those not so wonderful smells. Yuk!
The more unpleasant the job, the less you want to do it. And guess what, sometimes you postpone the dirty deed which makes it even worse the next time!

Like I said, problem solved. Simply tie up the ends of the liner and drop it in the garbage. THE END!

• No stirring of the pet cat litter.
• No stirring up of that wonderful ammonia smell.Yuk!
• Less chance of endangering the unborn human fetus.
• Way easier on the allergies.
• Just another all around life simplifier.

We like to go hiking quite a bit and the wilderness near us can present a lot of tough challenges, not the least of which are the acquisition or transportation of critical items like water and food.  At the same time we hate to leave Tippy home when we hit the mountain-side.  The problem is, when we tote him along we end up carrying a lot of extra food and water.

Your doggy backpack, though, makes it easier on us and him.  He gets great eercise and gets to carry his own food and water.  We can carry more of the stuff critical to our needs and he can keep all of his gear right on his back.  He gets to participate and we get to take it easy!

We had to pick up the raised feeding dish pair.  Our dog is a little taller than some and really shouldn’t be hunching all the way over to eat.  We get concerned about internal issues and his health, and when he does have to eat out of a lower bowl he sounds like he’s in pain when he’s eating.

We kind of like to spoil him, too.  These dishes are great because not only are they healthier and easier to use, they look great.  The low price was the closer, though.  I’ve never found a product of this type of quality at any of the pet stores around here!
